Still hitting the snooze alarm.

March 17th, 2007 by Sarah

We got kind of excited last night—things were so much “on the move” that I was starting to feel a little uncomfortable, and wondering if we might end up with a St. Patrick’s Day baby after all.

But I guess Baby decided to hit the snooze alarm one more time, since today has been relatively quiet. We got up and went for pancakes (banana and chocolate chip!), then putzed around the house. Very mellow.

We keep wondering if maybe Baby will come…NOW!

Nope.

Okay, how about………………………NOW!

Nope.

Ah well. Just means another day to paint, relax and do laundry. Not too shabby.

    Sarah,

I was just thinking of you and wondering what was going on in Nebraska. So through the wonders of google, I found your little site here. Many congrats on your person-to-be! I’m so happy for you and Rahul. Hope she arrives soon. I’ll be checking for updates. Once your life settles down, we should catch up. Best of luck with the birth!

    Guys,

You gotta put the channel 7 storm tracker on yer blog. I’m telling you, it’s all about change in barometric pressure! The night I went into labor the maternity ward was a madhouse and the nurses said things always got very busy when a storm was about to break. Showers are in the forecast tonight, tomorrow and the next!

So when someone looks to your blog to check on the status of baby, they can watch the storm tracker alert!

I know. I’m sorry that I too have devolved into an obnoxious “is the baby coming yet?” crazy lady. It’s exciting. We love you guys.

    Well, it’s raining now!

Now I’m sitting by the phone anxiously waiting for “the phone call”!

    We’ll keep you apprised.
